Frequently Asked Questions for Tom Rossau TR37 - Floor Lamp Size:25 x 143 cm Turned aluminium reflector in glossy LM25180

What should I check when an offer emphasizes limited time or limited quantity?

Check the actual conditions attached to the urgency message. Confirm essential product information before allowing urgency to determine the decision.

What should I include in an attachment sent to customer support?

Avoid altering evidence in a way that misrepresents the issue. Ask whether an attachment is necessary when text explains the problem.

How can I check an existing order's status without submitting another purchase?

Ask the seller what an unfamiliar status label means for the specific order. Do not assume the order is complete because one notification arrived.
